Refund policy
WARRANTY AND RETURN OF PRODUCTS
(1) There is no possibility to return your items (no warranty) due to health-related/ sanitary reasons, so please make sure you measure yourself before you order and that you made your mind about which item you like prior ordering. For the earrings & accessories you are advised neither to put the products in the water nor to drop them down because the items might be damaged.
(2) We make quality controls of each item prior shipping to you. That means that once we receive or buy face to face the items from our supplier(s) we make sure that they are not broke, and that they are in the condition that they should be.
(3) Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
(4) Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case you receive a product under any of the aforementioned cases you have 24 hours maximum after the delivery to contact us, based on your wishes, we will either replace it with the same type of good without any defects or refund you the purchase price: the choice is yours. To accept your claim, you should send us your pictures that prove your statement. If your pictures are different than the ones, we have from shipping your product we are not obliged to proceed to any action. We may request you to ship us back the product(s). In that case, the shipping cost is yours to pay. The refund will be paid to the original method of payment or by twint or by revolut. We reserve the right to select the way we will refund you; in any event, you will not incur any fees because of such reimbursement.
