Shipping policy

SHIPPING, DELIVERY & RESERVATION OF TITLE

  • Prices are calculated per grams of the items as indicated from our Swiss carrier. For orders over 75CHF we offer free shipping.
  • The expected delivery time is within 1-10 days (shorter delivery times are available for deliveries of earrings within Switzerland). Within Greece please kindly note that we ship with BoxNow. However, in case of shipping from countries other than the European Countries, it can be longer. If you have not received your delivery within 15 business days, please contact us on Instagram or celenaboutiquech@gmail.com .
  • Don't worry about custom charges if you live is Switzerland, we will ship from our warehouse in Switzerland so that you will not have any charges on top of the shipment cost!
  • It’s important to us that you receive your purchases in a timely manner. We will not include our address in the parcel/letter we’ll ship to you, so you bear full responsibility for providing us with the correct information and for receiving the item.
  • We ship mainly from Switzerland, but we might also ship from different countries. For orders with more than one item, we may split your order into several packages according to stock levels at our own discretion. We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, sometimes during busy sale periods and/or vacations, deliveries may take longer. However, busy periods could result in some delays with dispatch.
  • Please kindly note that is not in our control how many days the shipping company in your country might need to proceed to the delivery of your products. If you request so, we will make efforts to deliver the goods at a specific week, but generally we cannot make binding promises to do so. Please keep in mind that you need to email us on celenaboutiquech@gmail.com your request, and we will reply to you if we can or not.
  • Until the purchase price is paid in its entirety, the goods remain our property.
  • Upon receipt, the shipment must be checked for accuracy and completeness. You have 24hours to contact us for any potential issue with your order; otherwise, we are not obliged to accept what you state.
